• 1. The Leaderboard pay-out will be credited after the conclusion of LEGEND POKER SERIES as 50% Bonus money & 50% Locked Bonus (Expiration: 30 Days)

• 2. Power Bonus release Criteria: Generate 1,000 Rake to release 100 Power Bonus.

• 3. LEGEND POKER SERIES satellites do not carry points for any leaderboard.

• 4. All the LEGEND POKER SERIES tournament winners must give their names, picture, and interview (if required) to the media.

• 5. Players who come in the money will earn points based on the following calculations:
  10*(sqrt(Entries)/sqrt(PlayerPlace))*(1+log(TournamentBuyinConverted+0.25))

• 6. The winning tickets for Mega Satellites – (Showdown/Marquee event) will be credited after the commencement of the series.

• 7. Entering the same tournament from two separate platforms by a single player is not permitted.

• 8. Players participating in multi-flight tournaments with multiple stacks accumulated through more than one platforms will only be eligible to enter Day 2 with stacks from a single platform.

• 9. All contests and promotions run on www.spartanpoker.com are under the sole preview of Quadrific Media Pvt Ltd. None of its affiliates and partners are in any way responsible or liable for the same. In case of any disputes, Spartan Poker's decision is final and binding.

• 10. People aged 18 years and above can take part in the promotion where it is legally permitted.

• 11. The Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify any promotion/offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during its validity.

• 12. The Company shall not be liable for any compensation on account of any technical glitches on the platform or the app whatsoever.

• 13. Participation in a promotion/tournament shall be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participant to all the applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein.

• 14. The Company reserves the right to end any promotional offer at any time, without providing notice, reason, or justification.

• 15. The decision of the Company with respect to all aspects of a promotion shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
